ANIMALS!

Hello little explorers!

This week we have been investigating about animals in class, because we have a trip in two weeks and we have to know their names. Also, in our book we have been studying a unit of Natural Science devoted to animals where we will see what they eat and what are their characteristics as well.

It is important for us know all the animals' names in order to communicate with our classmates and turn into an experts when talking about animals. Together we will learn how they live and more english vocabulary. In this way, you will be complete explorers of animals. 

As you love puzzles and matching pictures I have designed this activity, that will consist on doing a word search puzzle in which you have to find the correct words of the animals. Then, you have to match the animals' names with their definitions. So now it is your turn to continue practising what you have learned and improving to be better explorers! You can print it and done it.

I have created this blog in order to provide my students of 1st grade of Primary Education with additional information to improve their scientific knowledge. I will post different activities to my students practice and revise the contents that we are studying in class.
